Project overview
Luno Kids Shop is an e-commerce platform specializing in children’s clothing, toys, newborn essentials, and products for mothers and families. The project was designed to support a large and diverse product catalog while maintaining a clear and intuitive shopping experience. The user journey was structured around fast product discovery, organized category navigation, detailed product pages, cart interactions, and a seamless path toward completing an order. Special attention was also given to Arabic RTL usability, responsive behavior across devices, product presentation, and a visual identity that feels suitable for a modern children-focused retail brand.
Challenge
The main challenge was organizing a broad and diverse product catalog without making the browsing experience feel crowded or difficult to navigate. The store needed to make key categories such as boys’ clothing, girls’ clothing, newborn products, toys, and family essentials easy to discover while keeping the interface visually consistent and mobile-friendly. Another important challenge was ensuring that the mobile shopping experience remained simple, fast, and effective for users browsing multiple products and categories.
Solution
A clear category structure was created to help users move quickly between the store’s main product groups. The homepage was organized around product discovery, key categories, featured items, and shopping entry points that guide users toward relevant products without overwhelming them. Product cards, navigation elements, calls to action, cart interactions, and responsive layouts were also refined to create a consistent shopping experience across desktop and mobile devices while maintaining strong support for Arabic RTL presentation.
